What makes the difference

A trained agent, not a filter

It learned on thousands of logos: it cuts the shapes, lays the underlay and avoids useless stitches.

Real stitch preview

You see the machine output before paying, not a filter.

Detected colours, not invented

A three-colour logo gives three threads, never six approximate shades.

Smoothed contours

Cleaned vectorization: no debris, no jagged outlines on fabric.

Frequently asked

Which artwork works best?

Flat logos, 1 to 6 colours, on a plain background. Photos, gradients and very fine text need manual work — send us the file instead.

Will the file really run on my machine?

Yes: the .DST is encoded by Ink/Stitch, read back and verified on every conversion, and the preview matches the stitches sent to the machine.

How long does a file take?

Between 5 and 30 seconds depending on the artwork.

Can I use the files for my clients?

Yes, generated files are yours, including for selling embroidered items.
