The service and embroidery computation run on VPS infrastructure (European Union).

You keep ownership of the artwork you upload and of the generated .DST files. You warrant that you hold the rights to the images you send.

Uploaded files are used only to produce your .DST. They are kept for 30 days then deleted. No artwork is resold or used to train a model.
