Scope
EasyDST provides automatic digitizing of artwork into embroidery files (.DST). The service is sold as credits or as a subscription.
Credits and subscriptions
A credit pack never expires. Subscriptions are monthly, with no commitment, cancellable at any time from the account; credits already granted remain valid for the current month.
Right of withdrawal
As the file is produced immediately and downloadable, the customer acknowledges performance begins with the order. A credit consumed by a successful conversion is not refundable; technical failures are automatically re-credited.
Quality and limits
Automatic digitizing suits flat artwork (1 to 6 colours). Photos, gradients and very fine text may need manual retouching, available as an option.
