Delete my account
This page permanently deletes your EasyDST account and all the data attached to it. It also works without installing the app.
What is deleted
- The account: email, name, password.
- Uploaded images and generated .DST files (removed from the processing server).
- File history and previews.
- Social share requests and the related referral links.
- Designs unlocked from the shop.
What is kept
Purchase records (amount, date, status) are kept for 10 years without being linked to your identity, as required by French accounting law. No card data ever reaches our servers: payments are handled by Stripe.
